RCLRC Guest Policy (Effective 01 March 2026)
1. Each guest must sign the “Guest Log” in the clubhouse immediately upon arrival, regardless of shooting status.
2. Members may bring up to 3 total guests at a time, regardless of whether they are family, shooting or neither. Members may bring the number of guests in which they can safely supervise, NOT to exceed 3 guests at one time.
3. The member is responsible for the actions of all guests and responsible for knowing and following all range safety rules and ensuring that they can monitor/enforce said safety rules.
4. Members must always be physically with their guests. Specifically, they must be on the same range as their guests.
5. There is no limit on the number of times a guest may visit the range; however, a guest may be permanently banned from the property. The member is responsible for verifying with their guest that they are not banned (e.g. previously terminated members, guests banned for failure to sign in, guests banned for bad behavior etc.)
a. While there is not a limit on the number of times a guest may visit the club, members should remember that we are a volunteer-based organization and anyone visiting the club more than 3x/year should be encouraged to pursue their own membership and contribute to the ongoing operations of the club.
6. Guest fees are payable at time of guest waiver sign in at the kiosk in the Club house via online payment.
a. Immediate family = $0
i. RCLRC defines immediate family as Spouse, Parent, Child, Grandchild
b. Guest = $10/person
i. Applies to (but not limited to) siblings, boy/girlfriend, friends, coworkers, etc.
c. Sponsor orientation / Safety walk / Range Volunteer = $0

8. Members found in violation of the guest policy will be subject to discipline by the Board of Directors including suspension or termination of membership.
